To keep our services running smoothly for every client, we have a few policies in place.
By booking with us, you agree to the following:

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due in full on the day of service.

  • First-time clients: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is charged upon completion using the card on file.

  • If payment is not received by the end of the business day, it will be automatically processed.

  • Recurring clients with a saved card are billed automatically after each cleaning.

  • Tipping is never required but always appreciated.

Late Payment Fee

  • Payments not received by the end of the business week incur a $25 late fee.

  • Non-payment will cancel any current or future bookings until the balance is cleared.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or skip a cleaning.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice = $25 fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or denied entry at arrival = $25 fee.

  • Skipped cleanings are billed at the rate for the longer gap between services (e.g., monthly rate instead of biweekly).

Entry to Your Home

Choose one of the following:

  1. Be home at the scheduled time.

  2. Provide a garage code or door code before the appointment.

  3. Use a lockbox with a key and share the code with us.

If our team cannot access your home due to incorrect codes, missing keys, or denied entry, a $25 lockout fee applies.
We are not liable for theft or damage if access is left unsecured.

5. Time of Service & Hours

  • Cleaning hours: Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 7 PM | Sat, 9 AM – 4 PM | Closed Sundays (unless by contract).

  • We provide a 1-hour arrival window (except the first appointment of the day).

  • Text reminders go out 2 days before service, and Monthly Service reminders go out a week before service.

6. Supplies & Equipment

  • We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • If you have preferred products, let us know in advance.

7. Damage Policy

  • Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and documented within 48 hours.

  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

While We’re Working

  • Please secure pets and supervise children to allow our cleaners to work efficiently.

  • If distractions delay cleaning, additional charges may apply.

  • If a cleaner feels unsafe, they may leave — the full service fee will still apply.

Photos & Videos

  • With your permission, we may take before/after photos for training and quality assurance.

  • No identifying details will be shared without consent.

Annual Price Review

  • Rates are reviewed yearly and may be adjusted with prior notice.
